| Sell surplus tee times online in 4 simple steps |
| Step 1 |
| Open a Paypal account. A Paypal account is necessary in order that you receive direct
payment from the customer. Play-a-Round does not handle any money so you remain in COMPLETE control at all times. |
| Step 2 |
| Register with us. Email us. All we need is the name of your Club, the
name of the courses (if there is more than one), the email address for any correspondence, your Paypal account name and your
preffered passsword. We will send you an account number and a link to place on your website. |
| Step 3 |
| Set up your times. Log on to our golf server using
the account number and password. In order to setup times you need to enter the start and finish dates, the start and finish times,
the tee interval and whether these times are every day, weekdays, weekend or specific days of the week, the cost per person and
an optional description of the times on offer (e.g. Early bird, Internet special). |
| You cand add or remove times as often as you want. |
| Step 4 |
| Place the link on your website. The link (http://78.129.159.5:8080/book/days.esp?club_id=xxxx where xxxx is your
account number) allows potential visitors to view the times available and book between 2 and 4 golfers and make full payment to you. |
| And that is it! |
| Whenever a booking is made you will receive an email from Paypal with a booking ref. Simply log back on to our server to
retrieve the details. |
| If you need to refund money then simply logon to Paypal and refund the money. |
