Sell surplus tee times online for FREE in 4 simple steps

Step 1 - Open a Paypal account
|
|
A Paypal account will allow you to receive direct
payment from the customer. This way - WE DO NOT HANDLE YOUR MONEY - you have COMPLETE control at all times.
|
|
If you don't want a Paypal account we can collect the green fees on your behalf and deposit the the net proceeds into your
Bank account (UK only) within 7 working days (we charge 5% commission for this service).
Clubs in Ireland will receive a Sterling cheque at the end of each month.

Step 2 - Register with us
|
|
Email us with the name of your Club, the
name of the course, the email address for any correspondence, your Paypal account name and your
preferred passsword. We will send you an account number and a link to place on your website.
If you have more than one course then register each one separately.

|
Step 3 - Set up your times
|
|
Log on to Play A Round using
the account number and password. In order to setup times you need to enter the start and finish dates, the start and finish times,
the tee interval and whether these times are every day, weekdays, weekend or specific days of the week, the cost per person and
an optional description of the times on offer (e.g. Early bird, Internet special). You can add or remove times as often as you want.

Step 4 - Place a link on your website
|
|
The link (http://play-a-round.com:8080/book/days.esp?club_id=account_number) allows potential visitors to view the dates and times you
have available, book between 2 and 4 golfers and make full payment to you.

|
And that is it!
|
|
Whenever a booking is made you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal with a booking ref. Simply log back on to our server to
retrieve the full details. If you have to do a refund for whatever reason simply logon to Paypal and reverse the payment.
