Our links are, in the majority of cases, directly to the timesheet at the course and, for a whole host of reasons, may be off line at regular intervals or for prolonged periods during Winter months.   Remote clubs are prone to power failure and communication problems.  Others shut down their systems down for backups or as a safety precaution outwith office hours.  Less efficient clubs will also forget to setup the times completely.
